CheckMy!Box serves as a comprehensive tool for managing and accessing your AVM FRITZ!Box. It enables users to view the call list directly from the device, providing an overview of recent calls.

The application allows playback and deletion of voice messages stored on your FRITZ!Box answering machine, facilitating efficient management of voicemails. Additionally, it displays received fax messages and offers options to delete them, streamlining your document handling process.

Multiple FRITZ!Box units can be configured simultaneously, such as for private or business use. Users can also create groupings of message lists across devices, simplifying the management of multiple networks.

Voice messages and fax documents are downloaded from the Fritz!Box and securely stored within the app. This enables offline access even when an internet connection to the device is unavailable. Furthermore, remote access is facilitated if the "Grant access to storage to users from the Internet" option is enabled and MyFRITZ! or a dynamic DNS service is properly configured.

Prerequisites for utilizing this application include having an AVM Fritz!Box with correct configuration:

• An AVM Fritz!Box model (with the latest firmware installed)
• Configured voice mailbox and fax machine

Supported models currently include the Fritz!Box 7590, 7490, and 6490. While it is theoretically possible to use other Fritz!Box models, compatibility has not been formally tested. Feedback regarding compatibility with additional models is welcomed via email at [email protected]. Future firmware updates that modify message storage formats may necessitate modifications to the app; efforts will be made to adapt accordingly but cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
